BCS Creative Couponing Class a HUGE success!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out last night to the Creative Couponing Class in support of Boyd Christian School. I would like to extend a very sincere thank you to Margaret Hobbs for joining us and bringing a large box of coupon inserts compliments of the Southern Standard.....that was a HUGE hit! We had such a wonderful, fun filled evening and hopefully everyone learned how to maximize their coupons while enjoying punch, cupcakes, and door prizes. Another "special thanks" goes out to Holly Goolsby Hodges and her Parents for the boxes of sausage donated for us to use as a couple of our door prizes. The Goolsby's are a tremendous blessing to our school and I can personally NEVER thank you enough for all you do. The feedback has been absolutely amazing, and another class is already in the works! Next time we are going to do some real world scenarios where Register Rewards are concerned, because that is what people have the most trouble understanding. btw~I ran into a girl that attended the coupon class in the parking lot of Kroger this afternoon. She had her binder, coupons, and notes from the class. She was so proud, saved right at 50%...but guess what, she wasn't half as proud as I was of her though!!!

Talk about a "COUPON HIGH"

Ok, I am on a total "Coupon High"!lol I saved....are you sitting down... a whopping 107%!!!!Kroger actually PAID ME to take this stuff home. Yeah, I only made $.74 cents, but look at what all I got. I did this by combining: A great sale+ coupons, a rain check, and 3 Catalina ($8.50 total) "thank you " coupons from the last visit. It will probably NEVER happen again, but I am so excited, and thankful, it happened once.

Baby Shower and Birthday Cake....

What a wonderful baby shower Jessica H. had today...it was a monkey themed event and there were monkeys everywhere~cute, cute, cute!!! Thanks so much!!!

New Ribbons and Ornaments

Well, the new ribbons have arrived and they are FABULOUS!!!!! These pics do not do them justice!!! What a wonderful selection to choose from...these will go nicely with the other 100 rolls I have!LOL I am also working on a ribbon organizer, and when I get it finished I will be sure to blog all about it. I also picked up some new glass ornaments that are very unusal. Is it really time to start all this? YES! Craft shows will be upon me before I know it and I do not want to be in a panic this year.

Priscilla workin on a bone

My baby never chews on anything~minus something with shiney beads or a real steak bone~and that is very limited. She has a real fetish for anything shiny. Anyway, I finally found a bone she enjoys and she has been working on it for well over an hour now. I just LOVE my Priscilla!!!!!
