Snowflake cake~Happy Birthday Shelby Rae Roberts!

This cake was designed by one of the loves of my life, my beautiful daughter Shelby Rae who turned 9 on January 3rd. Shelby wanted a winter themed, snowflake cake. The cake was chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla with buttercream frosting, sugar pearls, and adorned with royal icing snowflakes with a shimmer of luster dust added. Shelby has plans of one day taking over my cake business, as well as, being a Veteinarian~yeah, she's mine!lol A wonderful time was had by all at the skating party. Thank you all so much for coming and making Shelby's day special!

  1. This is just the prettiest cake! I wouldn't have thought of the aqua background..makes those snowflakes pop! You have a pretty little girl too! Happy Birthday Shelby!
